Job Description

Operate, track, and preserve boilers, steam lines, and auxiliary tools.
Carry out standard procedure inspections, modifications, and preventive servicing & maintenance on boilers and associated operational structures.
Guarantee adherence with safety guidelines, statutory qualifications, and organisation rules.
Track water treatment operational structures, fuel usage, steam pressure, and temperature to guarantee productive boiler process.
Diagnose and diagnose issues business concerns and organize prompt repairs.
Preserve precise data records, documentation, and records of boiler processes, servicing & maintenance, and effectiveness.
Assist generation by making sure uninterrupted steam stock with minimal non-operational time.
Work alongside engineering and servicing & maintenance teams on advancement projects for energy effectiveness and cost reduction.

Education: ND / Higher national diploma / Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or relevant field.
Expertise: At least 5 years practical experience as a Boiler Handler in an industrial or production operations environment (FMCG/food industry expertise is a plus).
Solid understanding of boiler process, water treatment, burning operational structures, and safety procedures.
Understanding with preventive and predictive servicing & maintenance procedures.
Capability to analyze technical documented guides, schematics, and business standard procedures.
