Job Description

We are looking for a proficient and skilled Centrifugal Handler to join our team at Dangote Sugar Refinery Plc.
The successful applicant will be in charge of operating and preserving centrifugal machines used in the sugar refining process.
This is a vital function that requires meticulousness, specialized skill, and a dedication to safety and quality.

Operate and preserve centrifugal machines, which includes new venture, shutdown, and standard procedure servicing & maintenance duty.
Track and regulate the centrifugal process, making sure most effective effectiveness, quality, and safety.
Carry out consistent inspections of the centrifugal machines and documentation any concerns or matters to the Servicing & maintenance Team.
Execute standard procedure cleaning and servicing & maintenance duty to guarantee the centrifugal machines are in good operating requirement.
Diagnose issues and settle concerns with the centrifugal machines, operating closely with the Servicing & maintenance Team as needed.
Preserve precise records of centrifugal machine effectiveness, servicing & maintenance, and repairs.
Guarantee adherence with safety and quality procedures, which includes wearing personal protective tools (PPE) and following standard operating standardized processes (SOPs).
Work alongside other teams, which includes Generation, Servicing & maintenance, and QA, to guarantee smooth processes and most effective effectiveness.
Engage in learning and development programs to enhance competencies and expertise.
Execute other obligations as allocated by the Manager or Manager.

At least OND in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a relevant field.
A minimum of 2-3 years of expertise operating and preserving centrifugal machines in a production operations environment.
Robust domain expertise of centrifugal machines and their process.
Outstanding issue resolution and diagnosing issues competencies.
Capability to operate independently and in a collaborative environment.
