Position Overview

• The Store Keeper is in charge of the efficient management of stock inside the store.
• This comprises receiving, storing, and issuing inventory items while making sure precise recordkeeping and system status reports.
• The preferred candidate must be computer literate, have outstanding document-keeping competencies, and be skilled in creating routine and on a weekly basis documentation.

System Usage:

Operate and navigate stock management software productively. Ensure precise records entry and system status reports for all inventory movements and financial record.

Adherence & Guidelines:

Preserve a clean, structured, and safe store environment. Ensure proper managing and storage of all items in accordance with organisation rules.

Qualifications

• At least ND in Business Management, Stock Chain Management, or associated fields.
• 1year of expertise as a Store Keeper, Store officer, or similar position.
• Must be computer-savvy with the capability to use stock management operational structures and Excel spreadsheet software.
• Robust document-keeping and recordkeeping competencies.
• Understanding with the use of dispatch notes, waybills and inventory requisition forms.
• Effective communication and people skills.
• High level of precision and meticulousness.
