Position Overview

We are looking for a highly structured and meticulous Store officer to oversee routine stock initiatives, preserve most effective inventory levels, and ensure inventory are always accessible. The successful applicant will collaborate with the procurement team to organize buy orders, accept and dispatch goods, oversee inventory levels, and preserve precise stock records.

Primary duties

• Oversee and preserve precise stock records, which includes receipt, storage, and issuance of goods
• Carry out consistent inventory takes and resolve stock discrepancies
• Execute and preserve efficient stock regulate methods and standardized processes
• Track inventory levels, track stock movements, and recognize slow-moving or obsolete inventory
• Work alongside logistics, procurement, and finance teams to guarantee smooth stock management
• Recognize and execute process enhancements to enhance stock management
• Guarantee adherence with organisation rules, standardized processes, and compliance obligations

Qualifications

• Bsc in Stock Chain Management, Logistics, Business Management, or relevant field
• Must possess 2-3 years of expertise in stock management or a relevant field
• Competence in stock management software and Office productivity software
• Clear expression and people skills.
