Position Overview
- The Status updates expert in the Finance unit is in charge of collecting, evaluating, and demonstrating financial and business data to assist strategic strategic judgment at Dangote Industries.
- This position plays a critical operation in making sure the precision, timeliness, and honesty and reliability of financial statements that match with the company’s broader targets.
- The Status updates Evaluator will collaborate with finance teams, business units, and top level management to formulate perceptive documentation that enhance output, effectiveness, and profit margin across the organization.
Operational Skills:
- Financial Evaluation & Status updates: Deep knowledge of finance reporting, accounting principles (IFRS/GAAP), and financial report project setup.
- Data evaluation & Analysis: Skilled in evaluating large data collections, recognizing patterns, and deriving meaningful findings to assist business decisions.
- Improved Excel Competencies: Competence in Excel spreadsheet software, which includes the use of pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros, and sophisticated financial forecasting methods.
- Financial Operational structures Expertise: Expertise with Enterprise platform planning operational structures (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and finance reporting resources (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for data extraction and visualization.
- Financial planning & Predicting: Capability to assist financial planning, predicting, and financial difference assessment methods, making sure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Compliance-related & Adherence Expertise: Understanding with financial rules, adherence guidelines, and external status updates qualifications.
- Workflow optimization & Automatic control: Capability to recognize inefficiencies in status updates methods and execute initiatives to enhance speed and precision, which includes automatic control resources.
- Logical Thinking: Robust logical and analytical abilities, with the capability to analyze sophisticated data and show clear findings.
