Obligations

• Manage all store associated entries and postings on Microsoft Dynamics AX which includes: Installation Roles and Engineer transfers
• Execute periodic accounts and settlement to guarantee that warehouses are balanced.
• Organize transfers and transaction entries.
• Carry out routine status updates and oversight of store initiatives; pending supplies and sales orders.
• Organize initiatives between stores and generation departments.
• Preserve proper recordkeeping of all financial record.
• Do proper submitting on routine basis for all posted financial record.
• Take up IMS duties which includes status updates unsafe act, requirement or standardized process in the work place, engaging in fire or crisis drill at work, engaging in system issue status updates and investigative as required and compliance to Organisation rules.

At least Qualifications

Bachelor's degree/BA in Accounting, Finance or equivalent. 1-3 years of applicable operating expertise will be a plus. Possessing CPA, CFA, CMA or any other accreditation will be an added advantage.
