Duties

• Supervise routine food generation processes, making sure productive process and compliance to generation plans
• Track and oversee kitchen employees, offering development and direction to preserve high guidelines of food project setup
• Ensure proper use of kitchen tools and servicing & maintenance of a clean and structured workspace
• Carry out thorough running test and refinement of recipes to guarantee product uniformity and quality
• Execute and ensure adherence to rigid food safety and hygiene guidelines in adherence with industry rules.
• Carry out consistent inspection procedures of unedited materials and finished goods to guarantee they meet organisation guidelines
• Oversee stock levels of ingredients and inventory, making sure prompt procurement and minimal wastage
• Organize and oversee the kitchen financial plan, tracking expenditures and making modifications as needed.
• Stay informed on market trends and culinary methods, combining new creative thoughts into the generation process.

Qualifications

Applicants should have an Higher national diploma / Bsc with 2 - 3 years of expertise.
