About the Position

Under the Human resources Officer’s oversight, the Human resources Support is in charge of the efficient and regular execution of Human resources methods, processes & standardized processes, observes Human resources projects and process and manages every facet of HR procedures and methods and general workspace processes. The Human resources/Administrator. Support is to advance corporate values and license corporate success through HR management, which includes employees evaluation, development, and capacity development, job cycle management, and assist in the managing of hiring process of staff. She/he should be logical, in-depth knowledge, and structured with a initiative-driven mindset and effective guidance competencies. 

Credentials and Expertise

Bsc or Higher national diploma in HR, Business Management, Public Management, Law, or any relevant field with a minimum of 1 year expertise in Human resources/Administrator-associated initiatives.  

Expertise and Competencies:

• The task juggling skill. 
• Clear communication competencies in English and Hausa 
• Outstanding expertise in the Nigerian humanitarian assist and development circumstance 
• Outstanding status updates competencies 
• Computer competence (Word, Excel, and the internet)
• Good critical thinking, comfortable with figures and data. 
• Flexibility and adaptive schedule – committed to work on a range of projects and execute in various positions 
• Show capability to operate with different networks, key stakeholders, and employees. 
• A good sense of judgment and strong level of competence are necessary. 
• Expertise in dispute settlement and talks.
