Job Description

The User interface/User experience Designer is in charge of producing intuitive, user-centered interfaces and experiences for our various digital goods and channels.
You will team up with cross-operational teams, which includes PMs, developers, and participants, to comprehend user qualifications and convert them into visually appealing and operational designs.
Your position will be instrumental in optimizing the UX and pushing relation with the firm's financial funding goods and solutions.

Carry out user analysis, viability evaluation, and user interviews to gain findings into user actions, preferences, and needs.
Evaluate and analyze analysis findings to guide creative directions and endorse user-centered initiatives.
Work alongside participants to establish user personas, user journeys, and user flows.
Produce visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces for our digital goods and channels, which includes websites, applications, and dashboards.
Ensure uniformity in graphic design elements, typography, and brand identity across all digital touchpoints.
Design and enhance customer experiences to enhance user efficiency, availability, and entire user fulfillment.
Work alongside development team to guarantee smooth unification of design elements and technical practicality.
Iterate on designs based on user input and viability evaluation outcomes
Engage in design assessments, brainstorming sessions, and nimble development methods
Productively articulate visual ideas and strategic reasoning to non-design participants
Stay current with market trends, industry standards, and emerging technical solutions in User interface/User experience design.

Bsc in Computer Science, Graphic Design or a relevant field
At least 4 years of expertise in User interface/User experience design, ideally in the financial solutions or financial funding industry
Competence in creative applications which includes Figma, Adobe Innovative Suite and Figjam.
Comprehension of Design framework building and management
Robust project sample presenting a deep knowledge of user-centered visual design rules and demonstrating variety of User interface/User experience design projects.
Deep knowledge of user analysis structured approaches and viability evaluation methods.
Understanding with responsive visual design rules and mobile-first design approach.
Expertise in front-end development technical solutions (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and their effect on User interface/User experience design
Outstanding graphic design competencies, which includes typography, color theory, and structure.
