Technical Sales Engineer at Basscomm Group Limited in Abuja (FCT)

About the Position

We are looking for a very driven and outcomes-driven Technical Sales Engineer with reliable background in ELV (Extra-Low Voltage) Operational structures and Solar initiatives to join our agile team. The preferred candidate will merge specialized skill with clear expression and sales competencies to lead business expansion, build customer connections, and offer tailored initiatives that meet our client needs.

Primary duties

• Recognize and pursue new commercial opportunities in ELV operational structures, Solar Initiatives and carry out market analysis.
• Help in servicing & maintenance initiatives and technical on-site visits as necessary.
• Comprehend customer qualifications and design cost-efficient ELV/Solat initiatives that match with project requirements.
• Meet sales goal and assist entire business development plans.
• Build and preserve long-term and solid connections with current and prospective customers.
• Organize proposals and assist project implementation, which includes installation and initiating, making sure client fulfillment.
• Accomplish and exceed revenue goals while making sure adherence with organisation rules and guidelines.
• Preserve precise records of customer’s engagements and send on a weekly basis documentation.

Qualifications

• Bsc in Electrical / Electronic Engineering, or a relevant field.
• A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated expertise in sales and technical positions within Electrical Engineering site.
• Solid understanding of ELV and Solar Operational structures (Closed-circuit television, Fire Alarm, Authorization, BMS, Intrusion Alarm, etc.).
• Clear articulation, bargain, and public speaking.
• Competence in MS Workspace, AutoCAD, and other design/sales resources is a plus.
