Financial support / Financial funding Manager at Strivo Labs in Lagos

Position Overview

As part of our growth, we are looking for a Financial support/Financial funding Manager to supervise financial funding portfolios, oversee financial support plans, and supply long-term development for our participants.

Primary duties

• Formulate and implement financial funding plans in sync with Strivo Labs’ business targets.
• Oversee and enhance financial support portfolios across financial solutions and e-commerce-associated initiatives.
• Carry out financial forecasting, appraisal, and risk-return evaluation on financial opportunities.
• Recognize, assess, and endorse possibility investments, strategic collaborations, and purchases.
• Observe industry trends, industry effectiveness, and rival initiatives to guide decisions.
• Guarantee adherence with CBN, SEC, and other financial compliance-related frameworks.
• Organize consistent financial funding effectiveness documentation and show findings to senior management.
• Build and preserve solid connections with investors, financial institutions, and strategic associates.
• Work alongside Finance, Risk & Adherence, and Business Development teams to align capital distribution with growth plans.

Credentials & Competencies

• Bsc in Finance, Economics, Financial funding Management, or relevant field (Master’s/Master of business administration will be an added advantage).
• A member of a professional body which includes CFA, ACCA, ACA, or CIS is highly preferred.
• At least 6+ years’ expertise in financial funding or financial support management, ideally in financial solutions or e-commerce.
• Solid understanding of financial markets, instruments, and project sample management.
• Remarkable abilities in financial forecasting, predicting, and risk mitigation strategy.
• Robust stakeholder engagement and bargaining ability.
• High professional conduct and capability to make sound financial funding decisions under pressure.
