Overview

We are looking for a meticulous and initiative-driven Stock Regulate Officer to oversee and preserve precise inventory levels, ensure proper recordkeeping of stock movements, and assist productive stock chain processes. The preferred candidate will possess robust planning abilities, basic accounting expertise, and expertise operating in a in-store, supermarket, or warehouse environment.

Primary duties

• Preserve precise records of all stock movements (inflows and outflows).
• Carry out consistent inventory counts and resolve physical inventory with system records.
• Track stock levels to prevent inventory-outs or overstocking.
• Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to projection and strategy stock needs.
• Recognize and documentation inventory discrepancies, compensation, or losses, and endorse corrective actions.
• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and managing of all stock items.
• Produce routine, on a weekly basis, and every month stock documentation for management.
• Assist audit methods by offering precise inventory data and recordkeeping.

Credentials & Competencies

• OND / Higher national diploma / Bsc in Accounting, Business Management, Stock Chain, or relevant field.
• 1 - 3 years’ demonstrated expertise in stock management, warehouse, or store regulate.
• Basic expertise in accounting principles and inventory management methods.
• Competence in MS Excel and/or stock management software.
• Robust meticulousness, precision, and planning abilities.
• Capability to operate independently and in a collaborative environment.
• Honesty and reliability, integrity, and responsibility in managing organisation inventory.
