Top level Business Evaluator - CRM & Process Management at ITC Worldwide in Abuja (FCT)

Position Overview

We are looking for a Top level Business Evaluator with in-depth understanding in CRM operational structures and process management to join our team in Abuja. This position is preferred for a strategic thinker who excels within a dynamic, high-effect environment and can convert sophisticated business needs into implementable technical initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-operational teams spanning Promotion, Sales, Order Management, Fulfillment, and Product to supply combined CRM and service dispatch initiatives.

Promotion & Event Plan:

• Assist promotion programs by shaping programs, crafting captivating visual stories, and tracking KPIs.
• Align event plans with promotion funnels and client journeys to lead requirement production.
• Build and implement marketing, processes, head scoring, and develop streams using CRM resources.

Necessary Credentials

• 8+ years of expertise in organizational processes, system assist, or process design.
• Demonstrated expertise with CRM channels (e.g., Dynamics 365, HubSpot).
• Solid experience in process management and process flow formation.
• Expertise in full lifecycle execution: qualifications, design, setup, running test, deploying.
• Exceptional information exchange and narrative creation competencies to communicate findings and lead action.
• Robust logical and issue resolution abilities.
• Capability to oversee various projects in a agile, dynamic environment.

Preferred Credentials:

• Bachelors academic qualification in Business Management, Computer Science, Information Operational structures; Master of business administration will be an added advantage.
• 5+ years in adjustment management and recordkeeping of methods and standardized processes.
• Expertise in B2B service dispatch and telecom industry.
• Understanding with Nimble structured approaches, Visio, SharePoint, and JIRA.
• Expertise with Google Data analysis, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads.
• Sales assist expertise and development facilitation competencies.
• Expertise in Power Operational base (automatic control) is a big plus.
