Job Description

Map, record, and constantly enhance comprehensive operational workflows for the business-related operation
Establish clear processes, SOPs, and compliance frameworks to enhance process effectiveness and reduce redundancies.
Track and evaluate business KPIs (sales-to-cash cycle, etc.) and endorse enhancements.
Assess income drivers and endorse plans to enhance asset use.
Confirm and resolve data across SAP, finance, logistics, and sales to guarantee uniformity and precision.
Utilize digital tools (e.g., SAP and Power BI) to automate standard procedure supervising and status updates duty.
Work alongside cross-operational teams to recognize bottlenecks and endorse initiatives for ongoing development.
Educate employees on new operational structures, resources, and methods.

Effectiveness Evaluation: Track and evaluate business KPIs (logistics effectiveness, turnaround time, sales-to-cash cycle, etc.) and endorse enhancements.
Cost & Effectiveness Evaluation: Assess cost drivers across processes and endorse plans to reduce waste and enhance asset use.
Information accuracy & QA: Confirm and resolve data across SAP, finance, logistics, and sales to guarantee uniformity and precision.
Process Recordkeeping Coverage – 100% of Business-related methods recorded within 12 months.
Status updates Automatic control: Formulate dashboards and self-service BI resources for instantaneous business findings.
Adherence Score – Accomplish 95% compliance to internal audit/adherence checks on recorded methods.
Participant Fulfillment – At least 80% fulfillment rating on transparency and status updates assist.

Bsc in relevant field; Master of business administration or Master's degree will be an added advantage.
7–10 years’ expertise in business evaluation, internal regulates, or workflow optimization (ideally in Petroleum sector / Energy)
Solid understanding of Enterprise platform planning operational structures (SAP preferred), data visualization resources, (Power BI, Tableau), and MS Workspace Suite.
Exceptional process recordkeeping and business status updates competencies
Robust issue resolution, logical thinking, and project coordination abilities
