Duties

• Formulate and execute quality assurance strategies, standardized processes, and checklists for building projects.

Qualifications

• Bsc in Civil Engineering, or relevant field.
• Demonstrated expertise in Quality assurance/Quality control engineering in building (8+ years).
• Solid understanding of building quality assurance principles, industry guidelines, and rules.
• Outstanding logical, issue resolution, and verbal abilities.
• Membership in applicable specialist bodies is a plus (e.g. COREN, MNSE)
• Expertise with standards oversight software and resources (e.g., QMS, QMIS).
• Expertise in building industry-specific software (e.g., Autodesk, Revit).
• Capability to operate productively in a dynamic environment and assign priorities to tasks.
