Duties

• Comprehension customer needs and presenting initiatives and assist
• Sharing information and managing with internal departments to guarantee customer needs are fulfilled productively
• Responding customer questions and offering suitable initiatives or responses
• Preserving a high level of competence with customers and operating to establish a positive connection.
• Tracking and preserving records of customer engagements, financial record, comments, and service issues
• Creating sales directs that formulate into new clients
• Recognizing and evaluating customers’ needs to attain fulfillment
• Collecting and evaluating customer response to enhance solutions
• Conceptualizing and coordinating customer portfolios
• Preserving current expertise in organisation goods and solutions
• Addressing product or service challenges by elucidating the client’s grievance; assessing the cause of the issue; selecting and clarifying the best initiative to solve the issue; speeding up correction or modification; checking in to guarantee solution.
