Primary duties

• Meat Project setup: Cutting, butchering, and trimming various meats like beef, pork, poultry, and fish.
• Quality assurance: Evaluating meat for freshness and quality, making sure it meets guidelines.
• Client support: Helping clients with their selections, discussing different meat cuts, and getting ready special cuts.
• Stock Management: Receiving supplies, storing meat properly in cold storage, and coordinating inventory.
• Hygiene and Safety: Preserving cleanliness of the work zone, resources, and tools to meet workplace safety and wellness rules.
• Tools Process: Operating and preserving resources which includes knives, saws, and other cutting and grinding machinery.
• Display and Wrapping: Weighing, wrapping, and displaying meat for sale in in-store environments.

Qualifications

Interested applicants should have applicable credentials with 2 - 3 years of work expertise.  Candidate must live In Lagos.
