Overview

• The Key Objective of this position is to implement the Tier 1 and Tier 2 logistics plan productively.
• This comprises recognizing any deviations from the strategy and taking corrective actions or realigning endeavors as needed.
• The position also make sure that key effectiveness indicators for Tier 1, Tier 2, and Warehouse logistics are repeatedly met to assist entire performance thresholds for sales.
• Additionally, the position includes directing and coordinating changeable logistics expenses. Ultimately, this role is in charge of executing and assisting the DPO, VPO, and LCP.

Key Position duties

• Fulfill the role of an go-between with Sales to guarantee requirement is met and performance thresholds are fulfilled in the most cost-productive manner, assisting the accomplishment of VLC and SL responsibility.
• Oversee functional performance and implementation across Tier 1, Tier 2, and warehouse processes to reach targets and ensure alignment with Changeable Logistics Expenses. Track and calculate the Latest Estimate, with strategies in place to recover from any deviations, making sure Changeable Logistics Targets are fulfilled.
• Supervise FG warehouse capacity to optimize productive space utilization and ensure performance threshold targets are accomplished.
• Oversee all Tier 1 and Tier 2 warehouse KPIs to lead entire productivity enhancements.
• SCOH by minimizing waste, reducing bottlenecks, lowering inventory age compose-offs, and minimizing inventory count variances to reduce losses.
• Track results and implementation against the Refundable Container strategize making sure performance thresholds are fulfilled.
• Establish and regulate the Finished Goods and Refundable Container strategies for generation to customer care level targets.
• Assist generation effectiveness by minimizing logistics-associated non-operational time and making sure implementation aligns with the generation strategy.
• Establish transportation qualifications for Tier 1 and Tier 2 movements of unedited materials and finished goods, making sure accurate fleet sizing to meet requirement.
• Oversee and documentation on Tier 1 and Tier 2 transportation and stock deploying strategies to attain 100% load strategy achievement.
• Execute and preserve DPO and VPO programs as a SME, pushing outcomes.
• Ensure a safe operating environment at all times.
• Execute the LCP, delivering outcomes as both SME and SPOC.

At least Qualifications

• 3 Year applicable academic qualification
• 2 Year leadership background ideally in Logistics or Stock
• DPO/VPO expertise
• Warehouse, Inventory control and logistics expertise advantageous
• High level computer user (MS Workspace, Oasis, Handheld devices)
• SAP/Syspro skilled
• Good people skills / builds strong partnerships
• Capability to operate under pressure
• Good verbal and verbal abilities
• Good self-direction procedures
• Robust accomplishment onboarding
• Capability to adjust to and execute adjustment productively
