Objective

To Assist the full scope of shipping full operational cycle from both Agency and Terminal processes perspectives to guarantee full legal adherence, improve cargo dispatch effectiveness, lead cost savings, secure spares accessibility, coordinate market penetration, and enhance income for the entire advantage of the business.

The Position

• Organize bills, debit notes, and both provisional and concluding terminal invoices for the company and participants to improve income production.
• Engage in business and vessel voyage sessions with participants to guarantee precision and settlement of tonnage discharge figures.
• Preserve current records of vessel tonnage for management evaluate and government status updates qualifications.
• Resolve tonnage figures with industry participants to recognize and settle discrepancies.
• Collate and modify business unit KPIs and produce periodic effectiveness documentation.
• Track vessel plans and start initiative-driven measures to guarantee prompt berthing and sailing.
• Preserve clear communication with clients, vendors, and internal departments to guarantee all ship supplies are finished on time.

Credentials

At least Higher national diploma/Bachelor's degree in Finance or Management associated course.

Expertise:

At least two years of related experience.

The Person Must:

• Possess outstanding verbal and non-spoken communication competencies.
• Possess solid understanding of shipping processes, port logistics, and maritime rules.
• Show outstanding quantitative and critical thinking for getting ready bills, invoices, and tonnage adjustments.
