Job Description

The Wage processing Expert is in charge for coordinating and carrying out comprehensive wage processing methods at PalmPay.
This position ensures precise remuneration calculation, statutory adherence, and prompt payments while preserving high levels of secrecy and information accuracy.
The preferred applicant must have robust logical competencies, a sound expertise of Nigerian wage processing legislation, and expertise in the financial solutions industry.

Ensure precise calculation and remittance of statutory conclusions (PAYE, Pension, NHF, NSITF, ITF, etc.) in line with Nigerian legal provisions.
Stay current on work legal provisions, tax rules, and statutory qualifications.
Coordinate with authorities and external auditors on wage processing-associated matters.

Organize wage processing documentation for management, auditors, and authorities.
Assist Human resources and Finance in financial planning and predicting employees expenses.
Preserve precise wage processing records and ensure data secrecy.

Handle payrollrelated queries from employees in a prompt and specialist manner.
Work alongside with Human resources on remuneration and perks concerns.
Offer visual precision to employees on conclusions, perks, and wage processing rules.

Robust quantitative and logical competencies with attention to description.
