Duties

• Organize a range of baked goods, which includes bread, pastries, and cakes
• Chef breakfast meals for our customer.
• Preserve a clean and safe operating environment, conforming to food safety and hygiene guidelines
• Work productively within a collaborative environment to guarantee that all meals are readied and served on time
• Work alongside other kitchen employees to strategy and organize meals

Qualifications

• Interested applicants should have an FSLC
• Valid remote marine operations documents (e.g. BOSIET, OSP, etc.)
• 2+ years of expertise as a bakery chef and breakfast chef in an industrial kitchen
• Outstanding baking and cooking competencies, with meticulousness and visual communication
• Capability to operate in a dynamic environment, with adaptive schedule and flexibility
• Clear expression and collaborative ability.
