Top level Program Officer - Education at Neem Foundation in Abuja

Role description

The Top level Program Officer (Education) will be in charge of offering strategic executive guidance, specialized skill, and monitoring during planning phase, execution, supervising, and assessment of Neem Foundation’s education programs. The position will concentration on making sure entry to quality education, optimizing learning results, tutor development, and strengthening education operational structures in line with Neem’s purpose.

Primary duties

• Head the design and execution of education program and projects.
• Formulate and adjust development curricula, tutor assist models, and creative approaches to enhance learning results.
• Offer technical direction to program employees, associates, and participants on education-associated programs.
• Build and sustain connections with regulatory bodies, donors, and education participants at national and sub-national levels.
• Organize M&E, and status updates on education program to measure effect and ensure responsibility.
• Support to asset mobilization, which includes proposal drafting and donor relation, to sustain and expand education programs.
• Stand for Neem Foundation in educational studies networks, coalitions, and support channels.
• Oversee and train entry-level program employees operating on education projects.
