About the Position
- We are looking for a highly adaptable, strategic, and technology-savvy Adminstrative assistant (EA) to assist the CEO.
- The preferred candidate will play a vital function in making the CEO’s work-life easier and more efficient by offering top-level managerial assist, managing duty, and making sure smooth processes.
- This is a hybrid position that requires both in-person and online assistance, with the anticipation of participating physical sessions as needed.
Primary duties
- Serve as the primary point of reach out between the CEO and internal/external participants.
- Oversee and prioritize the CEO’s calendar, assignments, and commute structured.
- Organize schedules, take thorough notes, and check in on action items from sessions.
- Participate physical sessions with or on representing the CEO, making sure precise depiction and recordkeeping.
- Perform study, assemble documentation, and offer strategic findings to assist strategic judgment.
- Prepare, evaluate, and oversee correspondence, demonstrations, and formal documents.
- Manage private information with discretion and competence.
- Assist in project synchronization, tracking outputs, and making sure due dates are fulfilled.
- Expect the CEO’s needs and proactively deliver results.
- Leverage online platforms and tech to streamline processes and increase productivity.
Credentials & Qualifications
- Bsc in Business Management, Communications, or a relevant field preferred.
- Demonstrated expertise (3–5 years) as an Adminstrative assistant, PA, or in a similar strategic assist position.
- Robust corporate and handling multiple responsibilities competencies, with the capability to prioritize productively.
- Outstanding documented and spoken communication competencies.
- Technology-savvy and skilled in efficiency apps (Google Workspace/Office productivity software, project coordination resources, online session channels).
- Capability to operate independently, exercise sound judgment, and protect privacy.
- Robust people skills and the capability to oversee connections with participants at all levels.
- Must be based in Lagos, Nigeria, and committed to work in a hybrid capacity (virtual + physical presence as necessary).

Interview Strategy
- Resume Screening & Starting Call (5–10 mins) – Human resources assessments expertise, inspiration, and accessibility.
- First Interview (45 mins) – Concentration on planning abilities, technology-savviness, and stakeholder engagement.
- Case/Assignment Simulation (1–2 hrs) – Calendar management, drafting an email, and condensing a meeting concise.
- Concluding Interview with CEO (45 mins) – Suit evaluation, information exchange style, and alignment with position requirements.
