Positions & Duties

  • Strategies and directs every facet of reservoir engineering/site studies regarding the recognition, assessment, and development of petroleum sector reserves.
  • Supervise the process of estimating, evaluating, and organizing petroleum sector generation and development projects. Being a reservoir engineering operations manager ensures all projects, programs, and methods are in conformance with the company's established rules and targets.
  • Directs initiatives to enhance generating assets from a reservoir viewpoint top to upgraded recovery, grow generation and reserves addition.
  • Formulate reservoir effectiveness projection and organize estimates of in-place hydrocarbon volume.
  • Evaluate surveillance, evaluation, agile models and offer direction on subsurface engineering necessary for proper reservoir management of assets
  • Quantifies risk and uncertainty and to comprehend the effect on generation projections and decisions

Qualifications

  • At least Bachelor of Science (Bachelor's degree) Academic qualification in Petroleum engineer or other applicable Engineering Academic qualification. A MSC or equivalent is a plus.
  • At least eight (8) years of related experience in Reservoir Engineering and Engineering Processes in the oil industry with an handler with a track document in Reservoir Engineering Management.
  • Must possess a good expertise in technical procedures and principles of reservoir engineering which includes but not limited to reservoir effectiveness evaluation, site optimization, development organizing, economic assessment, generation predicting and reserves assessment.
  • Must be capable to support to domain expertise in the form of technical paper demonstrations at professional forums.
  • Capability to assist/modify organisation-wide standard reservoir management procedures.
