Role summary

HJF is looking for an HJFMRI Chief executive-Nigeria to supervise successful execution of management and programmatic initiatives of HJFMRI Ltd. Gte in assist of the U.S. Army Medical Analysis Directorate-Africa/Nigeria (USAMRD-A/N).  The incumbent will oversee and mentor daily synchronization, processes, and implementation of a multifaceted project sample, encompassing infectious disease analysis, laboratory processes, and the U.S. President’s Contingency-plan for Helps Relief (PEPFAR) initiatives. 

Supervisory Duties:

Direct Manager: Direct authority to make decisions on the items listed: employee recruiting, disciplinary action, launching salaries and merit gains; carry out staff productivity reviews and directs work initiatives.

Physical Capabilities:

•  Recruiting Manager to Select one or all that submit application; if none, delete this section
• Lifting: May require lifting materials up to 25 lbs.
• Capability to stand or sit at a computer for prolonged periods.

Education and Expertise

Bsc;  MSC preferred. At least 10+ years of expertise of exhibited executive guidance expertise in coordinating sophisticated, multi-participant international programs.
