About the Role

Majorly engage about preparations, Assessment, Response & Suggestion exchanging about Own brands goods, Rival goods and new product under progress updates. Closely work Collaborate with Research & development, Promotion, Sales, Buyer in sights, Sales and Buyer running test team.

Crucial tasks & Duties

• Project setup & Assessment of the Goods Conceptualize by PD team and Suggestion of product enhancements and preserve the document as per SOP.
• Blending and Packing of the new goods and preserve the document.
• Implement the Culinary Product applications, Strategy and Initiatives in sync with Entities Objective.
• Assessment of own & Rival Brands (Culinary, Beverage & Other Categories) Prompt and Document the Observations.
• Visit to Food Solutions place and Client House for Response observations and records.

Scope:

Learning about in house sensory reviews and taste panels to evaluate product standard and apply upgrades. Learning about Key Industrial ingredients and it’s applications in Culinary & Beverages food Ingredients and Factors that affect the Food ingredients quality.

Sanitary & Hygiene Practice:

Follow the Standard procedures of Industrial Kitchen & Personal Hygiene procedures of US FDA / EURO Guidelines.

Others:

• Recording the Inward materials and storing as practice.
• Supervising of Fresh Unedited materials, Processed materials and Consumables and production Every month Indents.
• Used utensils & Other should washed & Cleaned by yourself.
• Recording & Recordkeeping of Routine initiatives.

• Production of Cost-efficient recipes for Clients.
