Job Description

BIM Execution and Management: Formulate and preserve BIM procedures, guidelines, and industry standards
Model Formation and Management: Produce and oversee thorough 3D models using BIM software like Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD
Partnership and Synchronization: Ensure smooth partnership between architects, engineers, service providers, and other participants
Quality assurance: Ensure models and documents meet industry guidelines and project qualifications
Data governance: Arrange and preserve project data for easy entry and letter of recommendation
Development and Assist: Offer learning and assist to team members on BIM software and industry standards
Clash Discovery: Recognize and settle clashes during planning phase stage to avoid costly rework.

Bsc in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Building Management, or a relevant field
Demonstrated expertise in supplying BIM for large-scale, sophisticated building projects
Expertise with record management, lifecycle management of BIM models, and data storage data layouts like DWF and DWG
Understanding with industry guidelines and codes, in addition to software like BlueBeam Revu and BIM 360 suite.

Specialized abilities: Competence in BIM software like Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD
Verbal abilities: Clear and clear communication to guarantee partnership between teams
Analytical abilities: Capability to recognize and settle concerns quickly and productively
Meticulousness: Precision is critical when producing and coordinating sophisticated models
