Position Overview
A Patient Connection Executive will concentration on optimizing patient expertise, making sure fulfillment, and building solid connections. They handle patient questions, oversee service issues, and organize solutions to improve the entire patient journey.
Work tasks
- Recordkeeping of patients' records.
- Updating and preserving patients' records.
- Coordinating information exchange between patients and the doctors.
- Preserving records of assignments for medical personnels
- Helping medical personnels in organizing their timetable of work.
- Carry out other obligations as may be allocated.
Qualifications
- Applicants should have an Higher national diploma / Bachelor's degree Academic qualification with 2-3years applicable professional background.
- Capability to participate to patients and do their entries, doing patient invoicing.
- Computer guru.
- Suitable applicants must reside within Festac-Town axis
