Job Description

The Top level Business Evaluator is in charge of comprehensive technical evaluation, operational structures design assist, and synchronization of software development lifecycle initiatives.
This position bridges the disparity between operational business needs and technical execution, making sure premium quality system dispatch through organized qualifications engineering, process modeling, API recordkeeping, and running test synchronization.
The preferred candidate will possess practical experience operating with development teams, system architects, and Development-operations, and will leverage AI-based resources to improve system manuals, interactive simulation, and confirmation.
The position includes top and training cross-operational teams, managing outputs, and making sure alignment across participants to lead successful project implementation.

Carry out technical participant sessions to collect, confirm, and record operational and non-operational qualifications.
Establish and oversee system-level requirements which includes user narratives, sequence diagrams, state transition diagrams, and data dictionaries.
Head a cross-operational team of business analysts, UI/UX professionals, and engineers.
Work alongside developers and initiative architects to establish technical scope and break down qualifications into modular parts.
Preserve and modify system design recordkeeping across sprints/releases.
Establish data schemas, interface definitions, and endpoint recordkeeping for REST/SOAP APIs.
Organize with backend developers and third-party service vendors on consolidation flows and authentication procedures.
Model ongoing state (as-is) and future state (to-be) operational workflows using BPMN/UML.
Endorse system upgrades based on performance assessment and bottleneck recognition.
Coordinate Nimble ceremonies which includes routine stand-ups, sprint organizing, sprint assessments, and retrospectives.
Execute viability assessments and cost-advantage evaluation for proposed capabilities or system modifications.
Evaluate system effects due to modifications in architecture, data framework, or third-party dependencies
Assist Development-operations and Quality assurance by managing test environment preparedness, deploying plans, and rollback organizing.

Bsc in Business, Computer Science, Finance or associated fields.
5+ years’ expertise as a Technical Business Evaluator, Operational structures Evaluator, or Initiative Evaluator. With a minimum of 2 years in a executive function.
CBAP (Accredited Business Evaluation Specialist) accreditation is a plus.
Deep knowledge of: SDLC, Nimble/Scrum, System architecture (modular, independently deployable services, event-driven, monolith), API guidelines (REST, JSON, XML, OAuth2), DB notions (SQL/NoSQL).
Understanding with CI/CD pipelines and system supervising notions will be an added advantage
Practical experience with resources like Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI, Draw.io/Lucidchart, Figma, Git, Jira, Confluence.
Practical understanding of APIs, databases, and modern web architecture is a plus
Capability to operate independently and jointly cross-departmentally.
