We are seeking a in charge Store Keeper to oversee our stock and warehouse processes. The preferred candidate will possess a robust meticulousness, planning abilities, and the capability to preserve precise records.

Duties

• Accept, examine, and confirm incoming goods against buy orders and dispatch notes.
• Unpack, label, and store incoming goods in appointed sites.
• Preserve precise records of stock levels, inventory movements, and financial record using stock management software.
• Track inventory levels and reorder inventory as needed to preserve most effective stock levels.
• Pick, pack, and organize orders for dispatch or shipment to clients.
• Organize with suppliers, freight forwarders, and logistics vendors to guarantee on-time completion of goods.
• Carry out consistent inventory counts and resolve discrepancies between physical inventory and system records.
• Guarantee adherence with workplace safety and wellness rules and warehouse standardized processes.
• Keep the warehouse clean, structured, and free from risks.
• Help with other warehouse duty and obligations as allocated.
