• Place orders for necessary items, making sure precise and on-time completion.
• Track orders and settle any concerns connected with setbacks or discrepancies.
• Examine bought items to guarantee they meet the organization’s guidelines and qualifications.
• Handle any quality concerns with suppliers promptly.
• Organize and send buy documentation and expenditure requests.
• Verify that every buys adhere with the organization’s procurement rules and standardized processes.
• Stay informed on applicable regulations and rules regarding buying and procurement.
• Organize for the transportation and dispatch of bought items to the workspace.
• Oversee storage and allocation of items inside the workspace.
• Solicit response from employees regarding the bought items and their appropriateness.
• Suggest enhancements to the procurement process for greater effectiveness and costsavings.
• Manage immediate or unexpected procurement needs promptly and productively.
• Stay informed about industry trends and new goods that may advantage the organization.
• Carry out price comparisons to guarantee the organization is getting the best agreements.

Qualifications

• Bsc in Procurement, Hospitality, Stock chain or relevant field.
• 0–3years expertise in a similar procurement position, ideally in food service, in-store, or hospitality.
• Robust bargain and vendor leadership abilities.
• Good comprehension of stock and stock chain operational structures.
• Meticulousness, with good logical and planning abilities.
• Capability to operate under pressure and oversee various procurement needs at the same time.
