Position Overview

The Store officer will be in charge of coordinating and preserving stock records, making sure productive inventory regulate, and assisting the stock chain process. This position is crucial for preserving most effective inventory levels and making sure smooth processes inside the organisation.

Primary duties

• Track and oversee stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Preserve precise records of inventory movements, which includes receipts, transfers, and disposals.
• Carry out consistent inventory audits and resolve discrepancies.
• Organize with supply chain and purchasing teams to guarantee prompt inventory replenishment.
• Ensure proper storage and labeling of stock items.
• Produce stock documentation and evaluate practices to enhance inventory effectiveness.
• Execute and enhance stock regulate standardized processes.
• Work alongside other departments to projection stock needs.

Credentials & Qualifications:

• Applicable Academic qualification in Stock Chain Management, Business Management, or a relevant field.
• Good comprehension of stock management principles.
• Basic excel competencies is essential
• Outstanding corporate and critical thinking.
• Robust meticulousness and precision.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
• Previous expertise in stock management, ideally in the solar or sustainable energy sector, will be an added advantage.
