Job Description

We are looking for an skilled Factory Accounting officer / Top level Finance analyst to join our food processing plant team in Calabar.
The preferred candidate will possess a strong experience in FMCG production operations, cost accounting, and distributor management. T
his position requires robust financial strategic insight to assist productive factory processes, enhance expenses, and ensure financial adherence.

Formulate, execute, and oversee complete financial strategies, financial plans, and projections for the factory.
Track and enhance stock levels to guarantee productive generation and reduce waste.
Supervise factory capital management which includes outstanding bills, outstanding receivables, and money movement.
Establish and preserve strong financial regulates to guarantee adherence with organisation rules and compliance obligations.
Recognize and minimize financial risks by executing efficient risk mitigation strategy plans.
Guarantee alignment to financial rules, tax legal provisions, and industry guidelines.
Evaluate financial data to offer practical findings and strategic guidance for executive review.
Execute product costing and track profit margin to assist business targets.
Regulate operating expenditures, making sure cost effectiveness without compromising quality.
Work alongside distributors to enhance sales and income increase.
Organize and send thorough financial statements, which includes periodic status reports on factory effectiveness.
Head financial planning and ongoing budgeting initiatives.

Comprehensive expertise in FMCG production operations and distributor management.
Robust competence in budgeting, financial planning, and predicting.
Validated abilities in stock management and expense management.
Practical experience with financial support management and finance reporting.
Strong insight of financial regulates, risk evaluation, and legal adherence.
Outstanding logical, issue resolution, and verbal abilities.
Competence in finance platform and Enterprise platform planning operational structures (e.g., Tally, SAP, Oracle, Sage).
