Spare Parts Store officer at Rotic Aluminium Extrusion in Awka, Anambra

Position Overview

We are recruiting a Spare Parts Store officer to take full duty for coordinating our spare parts store. The position requires both documented guide document-keeping with bin cards and digital stock management using our in-house software. The preferred candidate will be meticulous, self-controlled, and dependable in making sure precise tracking of all parts.

Primary duties

• Preserve precise stock records of all spare parts using both bin cards and stock software.
• Carry out consistent inventory checks, adjustments, and prompt status updates of variances.
• Problem and accept spare parts to/from departments, making sure proper recordkeeping.
• Track inventory levels and warn management when reorder levels are reached.
• Ensure the store is well-structured, clean, and properly labeled for quick retrieval.
• Execute industry standards for safe managing and storage of parts.
• Assist audits and offer statistics for status updates as necessary.

Credentials & Competencies

• At least Higher national diploma/Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, Stock Chain, or relevant field.
• A minimum of 2 years of expertise in stock management, warehousing, or storekeeping (production operations profile is a plus).
• Solid understanding of bin card operational structures and stock management software.
• High meticulousness, precision, and planning abilities.
• Robust discipline and honesty and reliability in managing organisation assets.
• Competence in Excel spreadsheet software and other document-keeping resources.
