Position summary
This is a full-time in-field position located in Maiduguri for a Regional Service Desk and IT systems support Officer. The officer will be in charge of offering IT assistance, diagnosing issues concerns, and preserving IT support, which includes desktop computers and printers. Daily duty comprise of addressing user queries, coordinating Technology infrastructure, and making sure smooth process of IT solutions inside the region.
Credentials
- Bsc in Information Tech, Computer Science, or a relevant field.
- IT assistance and Diagnosing issues competencies
- Competence with Information Tech operational structures
- Expertise with Desktop Computers and Printer Assist
- Robust analytical abilities and meticulousness
- Capability to operate independently and in-field
- Clear articulation and client support competencies
- Applicable qualifications in IT systems support or associated fields are a plus.
