Positions & Duties

To guarantee the honesty and reliability, precision, and perceptive evaluation of all data connected with the CMMS system, assisting analytics-based decisions that enhance grievance solution, servicing & maintenance organizing, and asset distribution.

Effectiveness Targets:

• Preserve data precision and thoroughness at 99% or higher.
• Supply all planned documentation and dashboards on time with high logical quality.
• Recognize and show a minimum of two practical findings monthly that support to process effectiveness or grievance reduction.
• Establish automated status updates processes to reduce documented guide documentation project setup time by 30% within six months.
• Offer learning or assist sessions to a minimum of 80% of support center and processes employees on data resources or methods yearly.

Competencies:

• Robust competence in Excel (pivot tables, formulas) and database administration.
• Expertise in data visualisation resources (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) a plus.
• Logical mentality with a robust eye for deail and precision.
• Capability to convey sophisticated data findings in a clear, brief manner.
• Good organisational and handling multiple responsibilities competencies.
