Qualifications

• Bsc in Business, Communications, or relevant field.
• 1–2 years’ expertise in customer experience, account management, or a customer-facing position.
• Understanding with CRM resources and basic data evaluation.
• Robust documented and spoken communication competencies.
• Capability to establish trust, oversee various client engagements, and settle matters.
• Bargain and analytical abilities with a client-first mentality.
• Based in Lagos with adaptive schedule to operate in a hybrid setup.
