Job Description

The Product Channels Executive is accountable for managing and assisting the operational structures, technical solutions, and parts that enable the business performance of the Product Company.
This position make sure that goods and applications supply on their intended value propositions by optimizing the use of methods, people, resources, operational structures, and applications.
The objective is to improve the effectiveness of the Product and optimize the entire value fulfilled to the final user.

Constantly track and evaluate application conduct inside the business environment to recognize practices and anomalies.
Measure application effectiveness across performance indicators which includes response time and final user expertise.
Supervise and oversee all third-level (Tier 3) assist functions to settle sophisticated system problems.
Head initiative-driven and reactive issue management across applications, goods, and channels inside the Product Company.
Preserve and oversee a complete issue log to track recurring concerns and outcomes.
Prioritize and organize the solution of bugs based on effect and importance.
Assist and empower first- and second-level assist teams through information exchange and escalation management.
Produce practical findings on application and customer experience to guide cross-functional team decisions.

Track and ensure client value dispatch for each release and Programme Increment (PI), both pre- and after release.
Track and confirm return on financial funding (ROI) for product and function releases, which includes indicators which includes client adoption and usage rates.
Advance cross-operational partnership around product programs, leveraging findings to recognize and prioritize zones for advancement.
Lead uninterrupted upgrades across goods and channels to optimize business effect and value across product lines.
