Primary duties

• Executing Standard procedure Servicing & maintenance: This comprises duty like cleaning, lubricating, and evaluating tools and facilities. 
• Diagnosing issues and Repairing Concerns: Recognizing and addressing challenges with tools, machinery, plumbing, electrical operational structures, Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning, and other building operational structures. 
• Preventative Servicing & maintenance: Executing and carrying out preventative servicing & maintenance standardized processes to reduce non-operational time and ensure most effective effectiveness. 
• Responding to Crisis Conditions: Dealing with immediate servicing & maintenance needs and making sure quick repairs to prevent further loss or disruption. 
• Preserving Stock: Keeping track of inventory, parts, and tools used for servicing & maintenance duty. 
• Recordkeeping and Document Keeping: Preserving precise records of servicing & maintenance initiatives, repairs, and preventative servicing & maintenance standardized processes. 
• Regulatory adherence: Making sure that all servicing & maintenance initiatives are executed safely and in accordance with industry guidelines and rules. 
• Operating with Others: Partnering with other employees members, service providers, and vendors as needed. 
• Executing General Servicing & maintenance Duty: This may comprise of painting, landscaping, carpentry, and other general upkeep duty. 
• Helping with System setups: Engaging in the installation of new tools and operational structures. 
• Development Others: Helping in development other employees members on the process and servicing & maintenance of tools. 
• Quality assurance: Carrying out periodic inspection procedures on tools and operational structures to guarantee everything is up to standard. 
• Staying Current: Keeping up with ongoing and conceptualizing production operations and engineering practices regarding servicing & maintenance.
