Getting ready for lessons by collecting materials and setting up workstations.
Sharing information with parents to better comprehend the children's home lives and psyches.
Drafting up documentation for parents on each child's developmental advancement.

Degree in pedagogy, with a concentration on early childhood development.
3+ years applicable professional background.
Expertise operating with young children in a classroom setting.
Capability to liaise with young children at their level.
Patient, compassionate mindset, with a friendly, energetic disposition.
Good mediation and fostering abilities.
Innovative mind-set with an capability to produce memorable, out-of-the-box lessons.
Enthusiasm for shaping and uplifting young minds.
Understanding with Microsoft Word and Excel.
