Main Operation

• The Carer delivers alert, compassionate, and specialist care to children at the edu-play centre.
• This comprises directing initiatives, nurturing a safe and supportive workplace, and supporting the physical, emotional, and community-related development of each child.
• The position requires a high level of patience, creativeness, and a authentic interest for operating with children.

Programme Assist:

• Help in arranging and executing age-suitable teaching and recreational initiatives.
• Motivate creativeness, exploration, and learning through organized and unstructured play.
• Track children’s advancement and conduct, status updates any matters to the Chief of Centre.

Health, Safety, and Hygiene:

• Ensure a clean and safe environment, which includes sanitizing toys, play zones, and tools.
• Follow workplace safety and wellness procedures, which includes crisis standardized processes and first assist standard procedures.
• Assist children with basic needs, which includes feeding, diaper modifications, and potty development when necessary.

Parent Information exchange:

Convey routine status reports about each child’s initiatives, accomplishments, and hurdles to parents. Build trust and connection with parents by dealing with their matters in a specialist and caring manner.

Expertise:

At least 2 years of expertise operating with children in a similar capacity.

Competencies: People skills:

Patience, empathy, and the capability to link with children. Clear expression and collaborative ability.

Childcare Expertise:

Comprehension of child development and age-suitable initiatives.
