Position Overview

The Chief Stock Chain Evaluator is a non-executive top level technical position in charge of owning and optimizing internal stock chain methods, operational structures, guidelines, and data analysis. The position aids superiority in procurement processes, vendor compliance, and cross-operational effectiveness, operating closely with the Stock Chain Team supervisor and COO to align internal workflows with broader execution plan.

Primary duties

• Implement and constantly enhance internal procurement and stock chain methods, making sure adherence with authorized SOPs and process effectiveness.
• Oversee comprehensive procurement processes, which includes requisition confirmation, procurement, quotation evaluate, and buying request issuance.
• Carry out technical assessments and QA of procurement recordkeeping, vendor quotations, and transaction records.
• Settle daily procurement concerns, which includes unfinished requests, vendor explanations, and recordkeeping differences, escalating where suitable.
• Preserve precise procurement trackers, records, and documentation to help desk visibility, audit preparedness, and adherence.
• Engage in vendor evaluations and agreement assessments by offering technical input on requirements, effectiveness, and cost factors.
• Assist Enterprise platform planning/procurement system usage, which includes transaction implementation, data verification, and involvement in system upgrades.
• Formulate and preserve procurement design frameworks, advisors, and checklists for regular implementation across the team.
• Offer informal development and process direction to entry-level procurement employees to strengthen team-wide compliance to guidelines.
• Support specialist findings to internal procurement assessments, operating groups, or advancement programs based on practical implementation expertise.

Teaching Qualifications

• Bsc in Engineering, Stock Chain Management, or associated fields.
• Postgraduate Certification or applicable development in Stock Chain, Procurement, or Processes is advantageous.
• 5–7 years in procurement or stock chain positions with progressive duties.
• Established history in coordinating sophisticated procurement methods, especially in IT, engineering support solutions, or telecom.
• Exhibited success in conceptualizing, documenting, and optimizing internal operational frameworks.
