Position Overview

The Learning & Development (L&D) Expert will assist the design, dispatch, and assessment of learning programs that improve employee capabilities and strengthen PalmPay’s skilled pipeline. This position is preferred for a inspired specialist within financial solutions, who is committed to conceptualizing people, leveraging tech for learning, and nurturing an environment that fosters uninterrupted growth.

Assessment & Status updates:

• Collect participant response and measure development performance through surveys, evaluations, and effectiveness data.
• Offer documentation and findings on development involvement, results, and ROI.
• Assist the Skill building Manager in getting ready every month and every quarter L&D documentation.

Employee Development Assist:

• Support to professional development programs, guidance programs, and skilled pipelines.
• Advance an environment that fosters self-learning by curating digital assets and supporting information exchange.
• Assist programs around executive guidance development, regulation education, and interpersonal abilities improvement.

Competencies & Skills:

• Robust facilitation, visual communication, and verbal abilities.
• Capability to convert learning needs into implementable development interventions.
• Logical mentality with expertise using data to measure development performance.
• Robust planning abilities with the capability to oversee various key focuses.
• Competence in MS Workspace Suite and comfort with digital learning channels.
