Overview

We are looking for a initiative-driven and service-oriented Client support Agent to join our team. The preferred candidate will act as the first point of reach out for clients, offering support, fixing problems, and making sure a positive customer experience.

Primary duties

• Manage incoming calls, emails, and chats promptly and competently.
• Address client questions, service issues, and requests with precision and empathy.
• Offer product/service information and mentor clients in making informed decisions.
• Report to higher support tier unresolved concerns to the suitable department or manager.
• Preserve precise records of client engagements in the organization DB.
• Check in with clients to guarantee acceptable solution of concerns.
• Work alongside team members to enhance service dispatch and client fulfillment.

Qualifications

• At least OND/Higher national diploma/Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Demonstrated expertise in a client support or customer-facing position is a plus.
• Clear articulation and people skills.
• Robust solution-oriented capability and meticulousness.
• Competence in MS Workspace and client support software
• Capability to operate productively under pressure and in a dynamic environment.
• A positive mindset, patience, and a client-first mentality.
