- The primary stakeholders for this position comprise of generation teams, quality engineers, Research & development departments, and top level management.
- Success in this position is measured by key effectiveness indicators (KPIs) which includes defect rate, compliance to quality benchmarks, and client fulfillment indicators.
Primary duties
- Project Organizing and Implementation: The Quality assurance/Quality control position includes carefully organizing and planning QA initiatives throughout the program duration to guarantee that quality benchmarks are fulfilled at every stage.
- Issue resolution and Strategic judgment: This role requires critical thinking and critical thinking to recognize root causes excellent quality concerns and make analytics-based decisions to settle them productively.
- Partnership with Cross-Operational Teams: Quality assurance/Quality control experts collaborate with various departments which includes generation, engineering, and stock chain to handle quality matters and lead ongoing development.
- Executive guidance and Guidance: Top level Quality assurance/Quality control staff may head teams, offer direction, and train support personnel to improve entire excellent output and promote career progression.
- Workflow optimization and Creative invention: Ongoing development is a core duty, including the recognition of inefficiencies, proposing upgrades, and executing creative quality procedures.
- Technical or Client-Facing Duties: Some Quality assurance/Quality control positions may engage direct engagement with clients to handle quality-associated queries, response, or audits.
Preferred Credentials:
- Expertise in executing quality programs in highly controlled industries which includes aerospace or pharmaceuticals.
- Holding improved qualifications like Accredited Quality Manager (CQM) or Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt.
- Understanding with emerging technical solutions which includes AI for quality assurance, automatic control initiatives, or Industry 4.0 notions.
- Exhibited success in scaling quality processes across various sites or regions, pushing process enhancements, and cost savings.
- Active involvement in industry professional forums, speaking collaborations, or publications demonstrating expert influence in QA.
- Competence in additional languages for efficient worldwide information exchange and partnership.
