Mechanical support technician III at Scruples Resource Limited in Offshore, Akwa Ibom

Main Operation

Technicians are allocated to carry out servicing & maintenance work. This can either be an Organisation (XOM) employee or a vendor asset. Typically documentation to a manager.

Duty and Duties

• Estimates work load to establish finalization dates.
• Helps mechanical engineers in the organizing and running test of mechanical parts, tools, and machinery, which includes engines, instruments, regulates, robots, machines, etc.
• Aids organize proposals and budget forecasts.
• Actively engage in application of all on the position safety resources
• Evaluate position packs
• Recognize any safety concerns linked to position end ensure removal/risk reduction prior to operating
• Implement work as organized
• Document technical record as necessary by workgroup (Worldwide Reliability Instrument (GRT), data sheet, etc.)
• Offer input on position pack enhancements to Implementation FLS
• Request licenses and inform Manager if license cannot be issued within 30 minutes of requested time.

Competencies and Credentials

• Interested applicants should have a Bsc with 11 - 18 years work expertise.
• Discipline suitable accreditation(s) if relevant or equivalent industry experience
• Clear expression competencies; capability to transparently and succinctly explain terms in the site and endorse remediation steps
• Team Player; exhibits efficient collaboration when operating with persons over whom the person may possess no direct authority and readiness to help others
• Capability to adjust to tight due dates, heavy task volumes, and constant adjustments in key focuses
• Skilled in Ms office tools of software programs.
