Duties

• Carry out sales demonstrations and talks to close agreements within specified timelines
• Work alongside the business development team to meet and exceed personal / team every month revenue goals
• Offer exceptional client support, making sure customer satisfaction and nurturing long-term connections
• Stay informed on market trends, market terms, and rival initiatives
• Utilize Excel, CRM software and other sales resources to track sales initiatives, oversee client data, and produce documentation
• Work alongside promotion teams to formulate efficient sales marketing and marketing assets
• Participate industry events, professional forums, and relationship building avenues to expand specialist networks and identify potential clients
• Head Management, which includes keeping precise records of sales initiatives, sales calls, sessions, and follow-ups

Qualifications

• Applicants should have at least a First Academic qualification or Higher national diploma certification
• At least 3 years of successful expertise in sales, business development, promotion, ideally in the property and building industry

• Established history of meeting or exceeding revenue goals
