Position Overview

In charge of the productive managing of all store-associated initiatives, which includes receipt, storage, problem, and stock regulate of unedited materials, wrapping items, finished goods, and consumables used in plastic household product production operations. Ensures prompt material accessibility to assist generation, dispatch, and entire factory processes.

Stock Regulate:

• Preserve precise records of incoming and outgoing materials and modify the records as well system (Tally Enterprise platform planning).
• Carry out consistent cycle counts and every month/every quarter physical inventory audits.
• Track consumables levels and inform procurement for replenishment.

Generation Assist:

• Problem unedited materials and wrapping items to generation as per routine qualifications.
• Track material usage and return of unused materials.
• Organize with generation organizing and quality departments for material accessibility and quality clearance.

Finished Goods & Dispatch:

Preserve storage and records of finished goods (e.g., containers, buckets, kitchenware etc.). Track & assist inventory documentation, dispatch documents, and preserve dispatch records.

System & Recordkeeping:

• Checking & oversee the documents like Material Receipt Notes, Material Problem Slips, Dispatch Challans, etc.
• Use Tally Enterprise platform planning to modify generation data in authorized time.
• Preserve proper recordkeeping for within and outside the organization audits

Safety & Adherence:

Ensure proper room maintenance services and cleanliness in the store zone. Adhere with organisation rules, standardized processes, and statutory qualifications.

Qualifications

• At least Certification: Certification / Graduate in Commerce, Logistics, or Material Management.
• 2–3 years of expertise in store management, ideally in a plastic production operations setup or a minimum of a production operations setup.
• Expertise in using Enterprise resource planning software (Tally etc.) and MS Excel.
• Capability to organize with cross-operational teams like Generation, Quality control, and Dispatch.
