About the Position

Primary duties

• Supervise all print and digital editorial processes
• Preserve thorough editorial guidelines and due dates
• Enhance processes to enhance effectiveness
• Oversee and train editorial employees
• Organize breaking news coverage
• Support to newsroom plan and creative invention

KPIs

• Prompt end precise dispatch of routine newspaper content
• At least 2 exclusive/function stories weekly aligned from the newsroom
• At least 1 investigation/special documentation every month curated and monitored
• Editorial performance rating * based on internal assessments
• Zero missed due dates for print or digital publishing
• Employees oversight: on a weekly basis response and training documentation
• Earnings production for the company.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in newspaper/newsroom executive guidance
• Established history in high-pressure editorial environments
• Robust network of industry connections
• Outstanding drafting and editing competencies (samples necessary)
• Mentorship background and coordinating teams.
