Support Finance Manager at Intersect Consortium in Abuja (FCT)

Duties

• The Finance Manager will preserve the accounting operational structures, methods, and standardized processes
• Ensure finance records meet rules and Tax Adherence
• Assist end of year audit process and financial accounting work
• Supply prompt and premium quality end of month management accounts which includes a KPI pack.
• Generate on a weekly basis finance Management information promptly as necessary by top level management.
• Preserve and resolve tangible asset registers, prepayments, accruals, and other accounting plans.
• Bank adjustments, supervising small expense fund, foreign cash, and credit cards, which includes adjustments
• Project setup and entry of every month VAT, withholding tax, Pension, and other statutory returns.
• Every month wage processing
• Offer transactional assist for buy and sales ledger when necessary
• Debt regulate and management
• Financial planning and budgetary regulate
• Coordinating with with within and outside the organization participants
• Lead ongoing development across accounting regulates and methods
• Coordinate with other non-finance departments.
